Purchased a specialized 2 post car lift for my garage. I wanted to mount the hydraulic unit like a conventional lift, on one of the posts. Visited another local hydraulic hose place and they could not identify the fittings I brought in and after a few weeks said they could not help me. Visited Ferry for the first time. Within 10 minutes they had identified what fittings they were,and had a plan to get my lift up and running. 20 minutes later, I had my lines. that night I hooked up the three lines they made, and finally I watched my lift, raise my camaro!! There were absolutely no leaks and the plug they sold me threaded in perfectly! Even though they said it’s hard to gauge threads when comparing it to the plastic temp plug I brought in to match too. Great experience! Their knowledge it’s top notch and really try to understand what you have going on, so it’s right!

Stopped at the store today to get a quote to have 4 hydraulic hoses made. The two gentlemen working the counter were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Happy with the quote and 15 minutes later, I walked out with my needed hoses. Thanks for great service!

Lets be honest here, what do you look for when you go anywhere for service anymore. Price, a smile with some personality, and quality. Obviously prices are outta this world so I wasn't surprised at all by the price, but what I was surprised by was the enthusiasm and work ethic I was met with. The guys were great which is hard to find this day in age. As for quality.... well it hasn't blown yet and its been used hard with all this snow.
